GOOD CONDITION: item is worn but in good condition without any fault
NEW: never be worn
PERFECT CONDITION: Item is worn once or twice and in perfect condition
USED: item is used and has no fault
2) Order and Shipping
Orders are shipped out immediately or in the next 24 hours. Orders are registered & signed upon delivery which make it secure upon arriving. The delivery are made from U.K.

VINTAGETIES will only accept PAYPAL as a form of payment because it's secure and easy to use.
5) Return or exchange an item
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you want to exchange or return your order please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after receiving the package to request a returns number which should accompany your return.
Please repackage the item and send it back with "return" marked above our address (see contact), include copy of original invoice and the return sheet.
Simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / color if preferred. Some products are non-returnable; these are clearly marked with a '+' next to the product name.
* the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value the value of the goods. .
*The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Our Returns Policy-whereby WALYDESIGN.com will accept returns of unwanted purchases if notified within 7 days (14 days international) of receipt and return in its received condition is a goodwill policy and we reserve the right to amend or withdraw this policy at any time. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
For Non European Union do not mark the package "return" as Customs Duties maybe charge which we would pass onto you. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in return transit
